I was excited to book a trip on the SS Misr and the reality has been even better than what I hoped for.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time on SS Misr. The ship is very comfortable, the staff charming and efficient, and the Chef is wonderful!
We had an excellent cruise on the MS Misr 2nd-9th November. The whole crew were in their usual sparkling form and treated us all to a wonderful time. All excursions went well, and once again Mohamed Younes provided everyone with a first class introduction to Ancient Egyptian art & life. Thank you for coordinating transfers etc. for my daughter Mrs Ursula Gardner. It was 40 years since her childhood trip to Egypt, so she had many half memories. For me, it made an ideal family reunion with the Australian side.
The SS Misr has been wonderful and nothing was too much for the staff.
This is our last day on Misr, before we go to the Winter Palace Hotel. We had a wonderful time. We have seen a lot and we eat a lot. I would like to thank you and to congratulate you on the Misr , the company running it, and on the staff working on the boat. We were overwhelmed by the service , professionalism and friendliness of everybody. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and whatever we asked for was attended to and done immediately with a smile. I expected our cruise to be fine, but but what we have seen and experienced on the Misr exceeded our expectations.
